Building an Ark

Do you remember the story of Noah’s Ark?
Noah was instructed to build an Ark with his family to save animals and his family from the world-engulfing flood.
You too should build an Ark.

Wow… wow… Wait a sec.
The Ark being told in this article is “Acts of Random Kindness

It is when you just do good things randomly.

Maybe right now, you could not feed a million people, give scholarship to those who couldn’t afford it, or even pay for other medical expenses.

What you can do right now is:

  • Picking that rubbish on the street and throw it to the bin.
  • Say “thank you” and smile while looking at the eyes of the cashier.
  • Wash the dishes at home.
  • Massages your mom.
  • Give a chocolate bar to your best friend.
  • Call an old friend and tell them how much you miss them.
    ……

Could you add on to the list?

I think the list could go on till millions.

The good things about that is, it is almost effortless.
Another good thing is, others are happy because of us.
The next bonus good thing is, we are also happy because of it.

The way I see it, by doing those things, the world becomes a better place.
You will change your life by continue practicing this thing.
But,
I should warn you

It is addicting once you get used to it.

Another side effect is,

It is contagious.

When you practice it regularly, there is a high probability that others are watching you do it, and they start doing it too.

There is a big domino effect which force is big enough to shape the world.

So, do you want to build an Ark?
